Accident in Ulu Yam (Sunday 3rd June)

Last Sunday, me and Bob Vulcan went for a wedding event in Rawang. It was a Bob's friend's wedding. Although Bob had invited some of our friends to attend the wedding, only the two of us came there, excluded Bob's old friends which I'm didn't know them well. Huhu.

Then, after the event, we wanted to go back home, but, we had overshot from rawang towards Kuala Kubu Bharu, the road that lead to the legendary Ulu Yam-Genting Highland road. But still, the road will go to Kuala Lumpur anyway.

Then, we found a bike and a rider at the side of the road. The bike was totally damaged at the front. That time, it's looked like it will be raining. But, because of bikers' brotherhood (hahaha), we went back to help the rider. Surprisingly, the rider was Wan Tebuan's brother, waiting his little brother to bring their Storm pickup truck, to pick up the bike. He and his brother already upgrade their bikes. Wan Tebuan from RS 125 to CBR 1000 RR and his brother from ZX-6R to ZX-10R. He told us the whole story. It was told that his brother, Wan Tebuan accidentally hit a small hole before the accident. Then, after a few kilometres, the right handle of the front end suddenly broke before entering a corner. Then, he tried to control the bike, but didn't make it since there's a car on opposite direction was in his lane (the car trying to overtake a car). Then, he let go the bike, and the bike hit the road's barrier at the opposite side of the road.

After waiting several minutes, his brother came, with some friends. Then, we brought up the bike into the pickup truck and then we split to go home.

Hope that Wan Tebuan is okay and also the bike.

It was heavy downpour that evening. I'm stuck with Bob under a flyover for about 2 hours.

the problem is, when we look back at the picture (4th), it looks like a 'clear cut' of the right fork. I've posted it on several forums, and, most of them said that it is 'impossible' for it to break it like that because they said that the bike have jump several times (in British Superbike race), and they never heard about fork, breaking like that. but we have to consider that the front fork that were used during those races are using racing-forks (eg Ohlins and etc).
