We went there when we were in UAE. We visited Oman on 2003 and 2004. In 2003, we visit Hatta and Musadam. The first time I experienced desert-buggy-ride was in Hatta. It was awesome. In Musadam, we went for a sea trip to watch dolphins. But, unfortunately, it didn't appear. The people over here are not rich as Arabians in UAE. In 2004, we visit Muscat, the capital city of Oman. The city is smaller and less busy than Malacca city. Not many developments were done in Muscat, compare to Dubaiand Abu Dhabi. The guys over here like to stare at beautiful women. One time, my cousin, a girl, mix Malay-American, had dinner with us. The Arabians stared at her all the time until we finished our dinner. Oh my God, are they that desperate? Anyway, it is nice to visit here, if you like to snorkeling or diving. They got a lot of beautiful corals. We drive all the way from UAE to Oman, not by plane.
